All our properties, from the first moment on, go through an exhaustive quality control program, from the designing stage to the finalization of the construction process. Before any property is handed over to a buyer, our technical department will do a complete review of the property and will take care of any snags they’ll find.

After Sales service
We are there for you from the moment you decide to buy one of our properties until the moment you move into the property, and we continue to be so after the buying process is completed.

We know that visiting and supervising your property might be a problem, for reason of distance or for security reasons on the building site. Our after sales department will therefore visit your property on a regular basis and provide you with photographs of the different steps during the construction and will supervise the state of each building phase to keep you informed.

Although our properties pass several quality tests before completion, it still might occur that we overlooked a detail. Our after sales department is there for you to manage any type of abnormality. This basic after sales service is of course, free of charge.

Our services do not end once we handed you to the keys to your property. We also offer the possibility to assist you in all your needs: we offer a complete and efficient rental service, a maintenance and administration service for the management of your property and if after enjoying your property for some time, you would decide to sell your property, we could offer your property to one of our clients.
